Make sure that the service history of the van is up-to-date and concurrent with the manufacturer’s service record. In case the servicing isn’t current or if you lost the service record, look for a reliable and trustworthy garage to do the job.
If there are any damages on the van’s body, have it fixed if your vehicle is fairly new. If the van is quite old, the repair could cost more than what you could recoup through a higher part-exchange value.
Do not forget to have all sets of keys ready, including spares.
Clean the van, inside and out. A washed, waxed and vacuumed van looks fresh and well-cared for, making it more attractive to buyers.
